This thesis is focused on the analysis of vehicle requirements for extreme climatic conditions. Analysis of requirements for used materials, their design solutions
and requirements for individual components. In the introductory part, the work focuses
on the basic description of the selected rail vehicle, analysis of legislative requirements
and analysis effects of climatic conditions. Then the parts are divide and described their behavior in the given areas. After that the development of a set of solutions to ensure the operability of vehicles during construction. Recommendations for operators on how to take care of your vehicle. Finally, the design of the composition of isolated parts with computational control is demonstrated and alternatives are evaluated.
