Abstract
Master thesis deals with the design of mechanical and fuel parts of the test stand for testing and measuring high-pressure Common-Rail diesel injectors in Dieselservis HALE s.r.o. company. The introduction outlines main goals and requirements for the workstation with respect to specified parameters, and conceptual design options for basic structural nodes are proposed. Subsequently, a detailed high-pressure fuel system is designed, which includes a fuel rail, fuel lines, a high-pressure injection pump with its drive and high-pressure system sensors. Furthermore, a universal clamping mechanism for diesel injectors is designed, allowing clamping of dimensionally and structurally different injectors of various manufacturers (Bosch, VDO, Continental, Denso, ...). Finally, design nodes are positioned in the test stand frame. Resulting design node, including production drawings, is documented in the enclosure of the master thesis.
