Detailní rozpracování modulu balící linky – Paletizační portálový manipulátor

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá detailním rozpracováním modulu balící linky. Modulem je paletizační portálový manipulátor. V práci je provedena analýza původní práce, průzkum nynějšího stavu manipulátorů a jejich komponent. Dále se práce zabývá úpravou 3D modelu a jejím vylepšením. V závěru je provedeno několik kontrolních výpočtů vybraných uzlů manipulátoru.

This bachelor thesis is dealing with detailed development of the line module. The modul is palletisation portal manipulator. In thesis is processed analysis of the original work, an analysis about actual state of manipulators and its components. Thesis further focused on detailed finish of 3D model and its improvements. In the conclusion a few control calculations were made for selected joints of a manipulator.
