Abstract
This thesis deals with design of complex parts machining technology, which is located on the chassis of the towing assembly, where to solve productivity machining time at selected operation on the machining ring. The first part is focused on the operation milling cabel grooves. The second part is focused on the production of threads with forming taps. Evaluation this thesis is selection appropriate cutting inserts for roughing and finishing milling, who have achieved the best results in both machining time and the longest life cutting inserts when optimal cutting conditions. Also, the selection of the optimal solution for production threads, where can reduce production time required for threads M16 on the part, so as to prevent wrapping of the tap and subsequent production scrap. Scrap declined significantly just by, that the thread producing by forming, no cuts.
