Změnová řízení

Abstract

This thesis deals with issues of change management since this process presents an inseparable part in every enterprise. The first part is focused on description of change management problems and processes in general. In the following part an international company dealing with both development process and manufacturing is introduced. In this firm, applying one of the Six Sigma methods, a process and implementation analysis has been carried out and a few shortcomings thus revealed. In the thesis several ways to tackle and overcome these are suggested, followed by the overall evaluation in conclusion.
