Abstract
This work focuses on the design of kinematics of axles in E-buggy vehicles. The types of commonly used axles and their optimization are analysed in the introduction, together with the explanation of the monitored axle parameters. The axle design consists of four main parts - the preliminary design of axle kinematics, their check and evaluation, optimization of these axles and the final inspection, as well as the assessment of the designed axles. The design also deals separately with the front and the rear axles. The aim of this work is to design optimal kinematics of both axles of buggy vehicle and submit them to particular simulations, in which the given parameters are observed and analysed. These simulations are calculated numerically using MSC Adams 2018.1 software.
