Přemístitelný sloupový manipulátor pro břemeno 200 kg

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a výpočtem nosné konstrukce přemístitelného sloupového manipulátoru. V úvodu jsou srovnány různé typy konstrukcí a na jejich základě je poté navrhnuto řešení, které je následně pevnostně kontrolováno dle příslušných norem pro zdvihací zařízení. Toto řešení je rozděleno na dva mezní stavy, které jsou řešeny jednotlivě, a konstrukce je dimenzována vždy pro horší případ. Manipulátor je následně kontrolován proti překlopení. Dále je pak řešení optimalizováno pomocí metody konečných prvků v programu Ansys. Navržený manipulátor lze využít k přemístění břemene v prostoru v ploše 4,9 m2 a ke zdvihu tohoto břemene až do výše 2800 mm.

Bachelor’s work deals with a project and a calculation of a supporting construction of transportable pillar manipulator. In the introduction there is a comparison of different types of constructions, and on its basics, there is a suggested solution, which is then checked according to the standards for lifting device. This solution is divided into two limit conditions, which are solved individually, and the construction is always dimensioned for the worse case. Then the manipulator is checked against the overturn. After that the solution is optimized with the finite element method in the Ansys application. The designed manipulator can be used for a transfer of weight in space of a surface of 4,9 m² and for he lift of this weight up to 2800 mm.
