Abstract
This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a design solution for a combined progressive pressing tool intended for the production of a holder. The theoretical part describes combined forming tools and the principles of their design, including progressive cutting tools, pressing devices and basic structural elements.
Attention is also paid to the issue of cutting and bending, their technological aspects and influences on the design of tools. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the specified part, determination of the technological production process, creation of a development, design of a cutting plan and calculation of forming forces. Based on these materials, a design solution for a combined pressing tool is developed, including the design of individual parts of the tool, such as the base and top plate, punches, blocks, guide elements and others.
The thesis also includes experimental verification of the designed solution, the aim of which is to confirm the correctness of the design and functionality of the tool. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the achieved results and evaluates the designed design solution in terms of its usability in practice.
