Návrh lisovacího nástroje pro výrobu držáku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukčního řešení sdruženého postupového lisovacího nástroje určeného pro výrobu držáku. V teoretické části jsou popsány sdružené tvářecí nástroje a zásady jejich konstrukce, včetně postupových střižných nástrojů, lisovacích zařízení a základních konstrukčních prvků. Dále je věnována pozornost problematice stříhání a ohýbání, jejich technologickým aspektům a vlivům působícím na konstrukci nástrojů. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na rozbor zadané součásti, stanovení technologického postupu výroby, vytvoření rozvinu, návrh nástřihového plánu a výpočet tvářecích sil. Na základě těchto podkladů je vypracováno konstrukční řešení sdruženého lisovacího nástroje, zahrnující návrh jednotlivých částí nástroje, jako jsou základní a horní deska, střižníky, tvárnice, vodicí prvky a další. Součástí práce je také experimentální ověření navrženého řešení, jehož cílem je potvrdit správnost konstrukce a funkčnost nástroje. Závěr práce shrnuje dosažené výsledky a zhodnocuje navržené konstrukční řešení z hlediska jeho využitelnosti v praxi.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a design solution for a combined progressive pressing tool intended for the production of a holder. The theoretical part describes combined forming tools and the principles of their design, including progressive cutting tools, pressing devices and basic structural elements. Attention is also paid to the issue of cutting and bending, their technological aspects and influences on the design of tools. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the specified part, determination of the technological production process, creation of a development, design of a cutting plan and calculation of forming forces. Based on these materials, a design solution for a combined pressing tool is developed, including the design of individual parts of the tool, such as the base and top plate, punches, blocks, guide elements and others. The thesis also includes experimental verification of the designed solution, the aim of which is to confirm the correctness of the design and functionality of the tool. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the achieved results and evaluates the designed design solution in terms of its usability in practice.
