Lis pro tváření rubové a lícní strany mincí a medailí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukčního řešení lisu pro tváření lícní a rubové strany mincí a medailí. V rámci práce byla provedena studie historického vývoje techniky výroby mincí a medailí a současně soudobého průběhu celého technologického procesu. V návaznosti na to byl navržen hydraulický lis, kterým lze tvářet lícní a rubovou stranu mincí a medailí. Byla stanovena potřebná lisovací síla lisu a navrženy jednotlivé komponenty lisu včetně vlastního hydraulického válce. Pevnostní kontrola a dimenzování bylo provedeno analyticky i s využitím metody MKP. Při návrhu byly zohledněny platné technické a bezpečnostní normy a konstrukční a ergonomické zásady.

This Master’s thesis deals with the design of a press for forming the obverse and reverse sides of coins and medals. Within the scope of this work, a study was conducted on the historical development of coin and medal production techniques, as well as the current state of the entire technological process. Subsequently, a hydraulic press capable of forming both sides of coins and medals was designed. The required pressing force was determined, and individual components of the press, including the hydraulic cylinder itself, were designed. Strength analysis and dimensioning were performed both analytically and using the Finite Element Method (FEM). The design takes into account valid technical and safety standards, as well as structural and ergonomic principles.
