Plánování využití kapacity letecké údržbové organizace

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a mathematical model for solving a crisis situation in aircraft maintenance. Specifically, it addresses the issue of non-functional hangar doors at stand number 3, which leads to inefficient aircraft movements during maintenance operations. The aim of the thesis was to minimize unnecessary aircraft movements and optimize the maintenance process using an appropriate mathematical model. The proposed model was verified through simulations of several scenarios with different maximum maintenance schedule shifts. The results show that in all tested scenarios, the number of inefficient aircraft movements was reduced. The proposed model therefore represents a suitable tool for improving the efficiency of maintenance organization under conditions of limited infrastructure. The thesis contributes to the field of operational optimization in aircraft maintenance.
