dc.description.abstractDiplomová práca sa venuje analýze strategických cieľov a inovačnej stratégie spoločnosti Schaeffler Kysuce s.r.o., tato analýza zahrnuje analýzu vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia podniku a internú analýzu podniku vrátanie finančnej analýzy. Prevedene poznatky sú sumarizovane vo SWOT analýze. Následne na základe získaných informácií sú prezentovane návrhy a odporúčania pre ďalší rozvoj spoločnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis deals with the analysis of strategic goals and innovation strategy of the company Schaeffler Kysuce s.r.o., this analysis includes an analysis of the external and internal environment of the company and an internal analysis of the company, including financial analysis. The transferred findings are summarized in the SWOT analysis. Subsequ-ently, based on the information obtained, proposals and recommendations for the further development of the company are presented.en
