Vyprošťovací pohotovostní naviják pro vojenské vozidlo

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the structural design of a recovery winch with a required pulling force of up to 170 kN for integration into a military vehicle. The introductory part of the thesis includes a review and comparison of commercially available winches up to 15 t and identifies the key technical standards required for the design. Based on these standards, an analysis of suitable types of steel wire ropes is also carried out. Subsequently, a complete winch system is designed, starting with the dimensioning of the steel wire rope and rope drum. After defining the basic components, the drive system, mechanical gearbox and internal winch components are designed. The overall design is completed by the construction of the winch body, with regard to stiffness, optimal arrangement of the internal components and integration into the vehicle frame. In the final phase, the winch is subjected to safety and strength checks, which include an analysis of the structural stiffness, calculation of the natural frequency and verification of the winch mounting on the vehicle frame. Based on the completed design and verification calculations, drawing documentation is prepared.
