Návrh závodního vozidla typu urbanconcept pro Shell Eco-Marathon

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the overall design of racing car, making use of hydrogen to drive for the Shell Eco-Marathon contest. In the introduction of my work are the information on the rules of contest and his development. In the next part is discussing the main fuel – hydrogen and fuel cell, which produces an electric current from hydrogen. According to the task was designed under rules a frame, wheels, a steering, a braking system and other parts of car. The computational part is dealing with road resistances of thereout was designed the electromotor and was selected the ideal belt gear in the software program MITCalc. It was performed strenght control of a frame if the vehicle is cornering and if the vehicle is jacking into the air to the towing attachment. The complete assembly was created in the software AUTODESK INVENTOR. The drawing documentation contains the assembly of a vehicle, the welded assembly drawing and the production drawing of shaft.
