Objektivizace normativů pro obrábění nástroji ze slinutých karbidů

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the objectification of norms for railway wheel machining with carbide cutting tools. The first part is focused on tool wear, durability, optimization of cutting conditions and optimization of production costs. In the next part is performed the optimization of cutting conditions for selected applications and economic evaluation after the objectification of norms. In the end, the procedure for calculating the cutting speed based on the results of optimization is proposed.
