dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na objektivizaci normativů pro obrábění železničních kol nástroji ze slinutých karbidů. První část práce je zaměřena na opotřebení nástrojů, trvanlivost, optimalizaci řezných podmínek a optimalizaci výrobních nákladů. V další části je provedena optimalizace řezných podmínek pro vybrané aplikace a ekonomické vyhodnocení po objektivizaci normativů. V závěru je navržen postup pro výpočet řezné rychlosti na základě výsledků z provedené optimalizace.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis focuses on the objectification of norms for railway wheel machining with carbide cutting tools. The first part is focused on tool wear, durability, optimization of cutting conditions and optimization of production costs. In the next part is performed the optimization of cutting conditions for selected applications and economic evaluation after the objectification of norms. In the end, the procedure for calculating the cutting speed based on the results of optimization is proposed.en
