Modální analýza tenkostěnné nádoby

Abstract

This Bachelor’s Thesis investigates the modal characteristics of standardized gastronorm (GN) containers. Despite the wide employment of GN containers in the food industry, scientific studies addressing their modal behaviour remain very limited. The thesis identifies the modal parameters of a GN 1/2 container in three distinct states: empty, full, and filled to 45 % of its volume. A numerical model was developed aswell to analyze these characteristics. This model is validated and subsequently used for a parametric study. The results serve as a baseline for the optimization of GN container geometry
