Model technické pohotovosti elektrických jednotek s vysokým provozním nasazením

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of a technical availability model for a high-speed train unit intended for internal use by the company. The aim was to design a tool that helps identify hidden deficiencies in maintenance planning and contributes to improving operational efficiency. The model was created in MS Excel based on consultations with the thesis supervisor and a consultant from the cooperating company, who provided methodological guidance and the calculation procedure. The results show that technical availability remains stable over the observed period; however, the maintenance intensity, which is closely linked to availability, fluctuates significantly. This indicates the need to optimize maintenance processes and implement a more balanced maintenance strategy. The thesis thus provides a practical basis for the company's future decision-making regarding the maintenance of high-speed vehicles.
