Abstract

Bachelor’s thesis puts mind to welding of bridge steel construction from steel of quality with increased stability to atmospheric corrosion. This bridge construction composed of two main beams from welded I-sections with height of bottom flange 2 366m and with width of bottom flange 1000m, which are linked with one another with crossbeams in the form I-sections. At top flanges of main beams are welded side thorns, which make for concrete slab with steel construction of main beams. To executed site welds have been made the protocols to approval of welding procedure and welds have been put to the destructive and non-destructive tests. Results of the destructive and non-destructive tests were suitable.
