Abstract

This thesis deals with the control of multi-axis pneumatic mechanism with using of digital controller SPC200. The work contains familiarizes with the functions and procedures of industrial controller programming SPC200. Experimental identification of dynamic characteristics of pneumatic actuators is executed throughout range stroke, critical characteristics evaluation (critical frequency and critical amplification) and controller’s parameters setting. The method of identification and controller design is implemented on a simulation model. The simulation model was created using AmeSim.
