Komplexní návrh robotického pracoviště v procesu balení

Abstract

This thesis deals with the comprehensive design of a robotic workstation integrated into a semi-automatic packaging line with the aim of replacing manual labor and increasing process efficiency. The introductory section analyzes the current state of the company, focusing on the ergonomic workload of operators and the error rate attributable to human factors in the packaging process. Based on a multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives and an analysis of the market for safety components, an optimal technical solution ensuring a high level of safety is selected. The core of the thesis consists of the actual design of the robotic workstation, supported by a 3D model and a detailed financial assessment of the investment. In conclusion, the overall benefits of the proposed solution for the company are evaluated, particularly in terms of economic viability, increased productivity, and the elimination of risks related to occupational safety and health.
