Návrh mechanismu pro zdvih břemene u dvouosého manipulátoru

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a load lifting unit for a two-axis manipulator for the company D A S, LLC. The main objective is to design the optimal stroke drive and to adjust the supporting frame so that everything meets all the specified parameters. The introductory part of the work focuses on brief overview of handling equipment and drive types. Based on the comparison of possible variants, the following section proposes the most suitable type of motor and the whole mechanism for lifting the load of this device. In the next part of the work, the construction of the stroke drive is proposed, as well as the structural design and strength control of the supporting frame and horizontal travel beam. Furthermore, a design drawing of the stroke node and a production drawing of the supporting frame of the manipulator are made.
