Návrh mechanismu pro zdvih břemene u dvouosého manipulátoru

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem uzlu zdvihu břemene u dvouosého manipulátoru pro společnost D A S spol. s. r. o. Cílem je navrhnout optimální pohon zdvihu a upravit nosný rám tak, aby vše splňovalo veškeré zadané parametry. V úvodní části práce je zpracován krátký přehled manipulačních zařízení a druhů pohonů. Srovnáním možných variant je navržen nejvhodnější druh motoru a celého mechanismu pro zdvih břemene u tohoto zařízení. V další části práce je zpracován konstrukční návrh pohonu zdvihu a také konstrukční návrh a pevnostní kontrola nosného rámu a nosníku vodorovného pojezdu. Dále je zhotoven projekční výkres uzlu zdvihu a výrobní výkres nosného rámu manipulátoru.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a load lifting unit for a two-axis manipulator for the company D A S, LLC. The main objective is to design the optimal stroke drive and to adjust the supporting frame so that everything meets all the specified parameters. The introductory part of the work focuses on brief overview of handling equipment and drive types. Based on the comparison of possible variants, the following section proposes the most suitable type of motor and the whole mechanism for lifting the load of this device. In the next part of the work, the construction of the stroke drive is proposed, as well as the structural design and strength control of the supporting frame and horizontal travel beam. Furthermore, a design drawing of the stroke node and a production drawing of the supporting frame of the manipulator are made.
