Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the special purpose machine for the float sensor automatic assembly using the Mitsubishi Melfa SCARA robot. At the beginning of the thesis, the float sensor itself, its assembly and the current manual workplace are defined. For each functional node of the designed machine, several solutions are described. Of these, three machine versions are selected. After selection of the optimal variant and its detailed processing, economic evaluation is carried out.
