Konstrukce stroje pro montáž plováků

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem stroje pro automatizovanou montáţ plováků s pomocí scara robotu Mitsubishi Melfa. Na začátku práce je definován samotný plovák, jeho montáţ a současné ruční pracoviště. Pro kaţdý funkční uzel navrhovaného stroje je popsáno několik variant řešení. Z nich jsou vybrány tři varianty stroje. Po výběru optimální varianty a jejího podrobného zpracování je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of the special purpose machine for the float sensor automatic assembly using the Mitsubishi Melfa SCARA robot. At the beginning of the thesis, the float sensor itself, its assembly and the current manual workplace are defined. For each functional node of the designed machine, several solutions are described. Of these, three machine versions are selected. After selection of the optimal variant and its detailed processing, economic evaluation is carried out.
