Manipulátor pro mazání zápustky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se z největší části zabývá konstrukčním návrhem manipulátoru pro namazání horní části zápustky, která je umístěná v horní části děrovacího lisu. Konstrukce manipulátoru musela být přizpůsobená nejen pracovnímu prostředí kovárny, ale také vzdálenosti, kterou manipulátor musí překonat, aby dopravil trysku do děrovacího lisu a mazivo mohlo být naneseno na horní část zápustky. Navržená konstrukce manipulátoru je v diplomové práci dále detailně popsaná, podpořená pevnostními výpočty.

The diploma thesis mostly deals with the design of a manipulator for lubrication of the upper part of the die, which is located in the upper part of the punching press. The design of the manipulator had to be adapted not only to the working environment of the forge, but also to the distance that the manipulator had to cover in order to transport the nozzle to the punching press and the lubricant could be applied to the top of the die. The proposed construction of the manipulator is further described in detail in the diploma thesis, supported by strength calculations.
