Abstract
This thesis deals with the optimization of the welding parameters for robotic welding. The introduction describes the characteristics of welded structures and materials used. It is a study of weldability of steel used. They described the types of NDT inspection of welds steel structures. It analyzed metal transfer in GMAW welding. They described the types of shielding gases for welding GMAW. The aim of the thesis was to verify the welding parameters for the selected size of single-layer fillet welds in sizes from A3 to A6 in PB position and A3 to A4 in the PG position. The experiment was carried out on specimens of the material thickness of 8 mm normal structural steel S235JR and S355J2. Evaluation of the samples was done by visual examination and operational test macrostructure.
