Optimalizace otěrových tvrdonávarů navařených na žáruvzdorných nerezavějících ocelích

Abstract

The thesis deals with the optimization of wear hardeners welded on heat resistant stainless steels. The thesis was realized in cooperation with VYNCKE s.r.o. The theoretical part describes the welding technology, properties of stainless and refractory steels, wear mechanisms and methods of inspection of welds by means of non-destructive and destructive tests. The experimental part focuses on the welding of wear layers using three additive materials, namely EnDOtec EG 8336, Corthal 725 G and OK Tubrodur 53 G M. The specimens were subjected to visual inspection, capillary test, macroscopic inspection, hardness measurement and abrasion test. The results show that Endotec EG 8336 had the highest hardness, while Corthal 725 G and OK Tubrodur 53 G M had the lowest weight loss in the abrasion test. OK Tubrodur 53 G M had the lowest incidence of defects.
