Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá technickou, právní, obchodní a marketingovou přípravou výroby strojního zařízení. Úvodní část diplomové práce začíná charakteristikou technické přípravy výroby a ochrany výrobku. Dále informuje o právních formách podnikání, analýze trhu a marketingových nástrojích. Úvodní část ještě nabízí popis řešeného prototypu. V další části je provedena analýza a posouzení výroby, certifikátů, osvědčení a marketingové komunikace. Z analýzy vyplývají množnosti a návrh realizace důležitých podmínek k výrobě nového produktu do sériové výroby. Závěr práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení návrhů řešení.

Master thesis is focusing on the technical, business, legal and marketing preparation of machinery devices. Introduction of this thesis is about characterising the technical preparation of the production process and protection of the product in a wider sense. Furthermore informs about the legal forms of entrepreneurship, how to analyze market behaviour and describes marketing tools. A description of the chosen prototype is closing the first chapter. Next chapter speaks about analysing and summarizing the production sequence, issuing and handling of certificates and patents and managing marketing communication. The outcome of analysis implies possibilities and suggestions for realization of key conditions for the product to be produced serialy. Conclusion is focusing anf presenting the evaluations of the analysis and suggestions.
