Optimalizace uchycení sedadla

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout alternativní uchycení rámu sedadla pro příměstskou vlakovou jednotku. První část je věnována historii a vývoji používaných variant s doplněním o pevnostní a rozměrové požadavky. Druhá část obsahuje konstrukční návrh a výpočet uchycovacích prvků, které jsou kontrolovány dle normy. V závěrečné fázi jsou navržené části podrobeny statické analýze metodou konečných prvků, která simuluje zatížení cestujícími v provozu. Součástí práce je i kompletní výkresová dokumentace.

The target of the thesis is to propose an alternative fastening of the seat frame for suburban train unit. The first part is devoted to the history and development of used variants, with the addition of strength and dimensional requirements. The second part contains the design and calculation of mounting elements that are checked according to the standards. In the final phase are proposed section subjected to static analysis of finite element method to simulate the load of passengers. Part of the work is complete the drawing documentation.
