Pneumatický lis pro lepení dřevěných desek

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem pneumatického lisu pro lepení dřevěných desek. Hlavním cílem bylo navrhnout zařízení schopné vyvinout lisovací sílu 30 kN při využití výhradně pneumatického pohonu. V úvodní části je provedena rešerše možností dosažení této lisovací síly a zhodnocení variant konstrukčního provedení lisu. Na základě zhodnocení variant následuje popis a řešení vybrané varianty, na kterou navazuje návrh pneumatické části obvodu včetně ověření jeho parametrů. Práce rovněž obsahuje návrh elektropneumatického řízení včetně vytvoření programu pro PLC.

This master's thesis deals with the design of a pneumatic press for gluing wood boards. The main objective was to design a device capable of generating a pressing force of 30 kN using an exclusively pneumatic drive. The introductory part provides a review of the possibilities for achieving this pressing force and evaluates various structural design variants of the press. Based on the evaluation of the variants, a description and solution of the selected variant follows, which is then supplemented by the design of the pneumatic circuit including the verification of its parameters. The thesis also includes the design of electropneumatic control, including the development of a control program for the PLC.
