Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of complex machine for the must production. The thesis has three parts: introduction to the issue of must production, proposed design of crushers and fruit presses and the conclusion with financial cost. There are four main construction nodes in the thesis: fruit hopper, crushing device, screw conveyor, pressing device. Assembly drawings are made for each construction node. Complete production documentation with BOMs based on the 3D model of the construction is included too. The thesis contains calculations for the design of the crushing machine engine, the design of the hydraulic circuit of the pressing device, the check of the bearing, the Finite Element Method of pressing device. The output of the thesis is the cost of production and the economic return of the equipment.
