Konstrukční návrh šrotovacího a moštovacího zařízení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na konstrukční návrh komplexního zařízení pro výrobu moštu. Součástí práce je úvod do problematiky moštování a jednotlivé konstrukční návrhy drtičů a lisů na ovoce. V práci jsou čtyři hlavní konstrukční uzly: násypka na ovoce, drtící zařízení, šnekový dopravník, lisovací zařízení. Ke každému konstrukčnímu uzlu jsou vyhotoveny sestavní výkresy a kompletní výrobní dokumentace spolu s kusovníky na základě 3D modelu celé sestavy. Práce obsahuje výpočty pro návrh motoru drtícího zařízení, návrh hydraulického obvodu lisovacího zařízení, kontrola ložiska, kontrola lisovacího zařízení metodou konečných prvků. Výstupem diplomové práce jsou náklady na výrobu a ekonomická návratnost daného zařízení.

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of complex machine for the must production. The thesis has three parts: introduction to the issue of must production, proposed design of crushers and fruit presses and the conclusion with financial cost. There are four main construction nodes in the thesis: fruit hopper, crushing device, screw conveyor, pressing device. Assembly drawings are made for each construction node. Complete production documentation with BOMs based on the 3D model of the construction is included too. The thesis contains calculations for the design of the crushing machine engine, the design of the hydraulic circuit of the pressing device, the check of the bearing, the Finite Element Method of pressing device. The output of the thesis is the cost of production and the economic return of the equipment.
