Racionalizace procesů nákupu

Abstract

The master thesis is dealing with a complete rationalization of the purchase dept.as well as all activities in a purchasing in a real company being a TEER 1 supplier in the automotive industry. The thesis is based on the real case and all improvements stated in the thesis concern not only the TtM activities (like RfQs, analysis and suppliers nomination), but also the OtD phase of a serial purchase. The structure of the dept. has been modified in order to meet the requirements. Except for the long-term key changes, the thesis is dealing with a possible cooperation with the suppliers outside the EU.
