This Master Thesis deals with possibility maintenance engineers training quality rising at VŠB – TU Ostrava. Conception of Thesis is directed to the training quality rising mainly through “Dirty dozen” causes human errors, Carnegie Foundation researches and SHELL model implementation and develop of idea feedback from graduates in real business. Question of personal profiles of Technology of Aircraft Maintenance students is mentioned. Master Thesis is also aimed to bring alternative scope at all Maintenance training system, to identify bottlenecks and suggest possible improvement. In practical part it deals with technical environment for practical training creation. Present worldwide tendencies in this area are mentioned and creation of technical environment at VSB – TU Ostrava is discussed.
