Nová konstrukce kinematiky luxusního premium sedadla do vlaku.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí stávajícího pohonu polohování luxusního premium sedadla do vlaku pro firmu BORCAD cz s.r.o. Principem celé práce bylo nahrazení nyní již používané jednomotorové varianty pohonu sedadla variantou, která se skládá z pohonu tří na sobě nezávislých motorů. V první části práce byl proveden rozbor již stávající konstrukční varianty s jedním motorem, který obsahuje popis a fungování celé konstrukce. V další a také nejrozsáhlejší části práce jsou popsány druhy návrhových variant pro konstrukci s použitím třech motorů. Je zde chronologicky popsán postup pří návrhu každé této varianty a následně popsány vzniklé problémy, které se ukázaly po začlenění všech prvků do konstrukce sedadla. V poslední části práce byly provedeny kontrolní pevnostní výpočty vybraných nebezpečných míst v sestavě a provedeno zhodnocení finální konstrukční varianty.

This thesis deals with the reconstruction of the existing drive luxury positioning premium seats on the train for the company BORCAD. The principle of the whole work was to replace the now-used variants of a single-seat variant of the actuator, which consists of a drive of three independent motors. In the first part was an analyzed already existing design of single-engine, which contains a description of the structure and functioning. The next and largest section describes types of design options for the design using three engines. There is chronologically describes how to design each of these options and then describe any problems encountered, which have proved the inclusion of all elements in the seat structure. In the last part of this work were carried out check stress analyzes of selected dangerous places in the report and the evaluation of the final structural variants.
