Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je téma „Možnosti zvyšování efektivity a kvality odbavení cestujících na letišti Ostrava“. Teoretická část práce pojednává o charakteristice jednotlivých fází odbavovacího procesu, nových technologiích v odbavování cestujících na letištích a analýze současného stavu odbavovacích postupů na letišti Ostrava. Praktická část je věnována návrhu odbavovacích postupů na bázi nových technologií pomocí teorie vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit vliv zavedení nových technologií v odbavení cestujících na efektivitu a kvalitu odbavovacího procesu na letišti Ostrava.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the topic "Possibilities of increasing the efficiency and quality of passenger check-in at Ostrava airport". The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of the individual stages of the check-in process, new technologies in passenger check-in at airports and the analysis of the current state of check-in procedures at Ostrava Airport. The practical part is devoted to the design of check-in procedures based on new technologies using the theory of multi-criteria decision-making. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the impact of the introduction of new technologies in passenger check-in on the efficiency and quality of the check-in process at Ostrava airport.
