Analýza a zefektivnění procesů na technickém oddělení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a zefektivněním procesů na technickém oddělení. V úvodu je prezentována společnost Decathlon, pro niž byla tato práce zpracována. Jsou stanoveny analýzy, které budou na oddělení cyklistiky prováděny a způsoby jakými budou prováděny. Postupně je popsáno a vyhodnoceno provedení snímků pracovního dne, snímků operace skládání a seřizování kol, provedení dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci a provedení analýzy prodejů kol. Analýzy a měření jsou v závěru shrnuty a vyhodnoceny. Na jejich základě jsou navržena řešení zjištěných problémů. Navržená řešení jsou zdůvodněna, popsána a jsou navrženy způsoby jejich implementace.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and streamlining of processes in the technical department. In the introduction the company Decathlon, for which this work was prepared, is presented. The analysis that will be performed at the cycling department and the ways in which they will be performed are specified. The implementation of the workday snapshot, the snapshot of the operation of completing and adjusting the bikes, conducting a questionnaire survey among employees and performing an analysis of bicycle sales are gradually described and evaluated. Analysis and measurements are summarized and evaluated at the end. Based on them, solutions to the identified problems are proposed. The proposed solutions are justified, described and ways of their implementation are suggested.
