Návrh metodiky pro řešení pevnostních prvků interiéru kolejového vozidla

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with a methodology of fixing design of a retaining rod in a rolling stock. First of all, possibilities of lower and upper fixing of the retaining rod to the structure of an electric regional unit are designed from a functional point of view. On the basis of a relevant standard, a size, direction and location of operating forces acting on the retaining rod are proposed. Subsequently, topology optimizations of an above ceiling holder are performed. Based on results of the topology optimizations, four different holder types are designed and after comparing their weights and production costs, two most suitable types are recommended. At the end of the thesis, the designed lower and upper fixing types of the retaining rod are statically checked for strength and the two most suitable fixing types are mainly dimensionally optimized to suit the strength. The resulting strength-satisfying design of the retaining rod fixing is documented in the master thesis appendix.
