Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with optimalisation of drawing process of internal reinforcement. In the beginning the formability of the stamp is evaluated. The thesis continues with selection of the most suitable blank and material. All the alternatives are then used in drawing process simulation in PAM-STAMP 2G. The kinematic and stress conditions are then evaluated, and the best material and blank outline are selected. The thesis then advises technological procedures which also includes creating cutting plan for 50 000 stampings.
