Pneumatický mechanismus polohování zátky tavicí pece

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem pneumatického mechanismu pro polohování zátky indukční tavicí pece. V úvodní kapitole je popsán princip indukčního ohřevu a jeho využití v metalurgii. V další kapitole je podrobně vysvětlený cíl mé práce. Následuje přehled možností zastavování zátkové tyče v mezipoloze. Pro dvě z uvedených možností jsou navrženy pneumatické obvody. Z těchto dvou pneumatických obvodů je vybrána vhodnější varianta a pro ni jsou zvoleny potřebné prvky systému. Na konci práce je v příloze konečný výkres pneumatického obvodu s kusovníkem.

This bachelor thesis focuses on designing pneumatic mechanism for positioning the stopper of the induction smelting furnace. In the introductory chapter, a principle of induction heating and its usage in metallurgy are described. The following chapter explains the aim of this thesis in detail. Then an overview of the possibilities of stopping the stopper rod in any position follows. For two of these options, pneumatic circuits are proposed. From these two pneumatic circuits, a more suitable option is selected and the required system elements are selected for it. In the final part, in appendix, you can find a final design of the pneumatic circuit with the bill of materials.
