Abstract

In my master thesis is processed the design pallet exchanger for handling pallets, which is part of the existing robotic workstation for machining valve. The introduction is an introduction to the current workplace. Further analysis is made of the current pallet handlers and their movements. Based on the introduction and the analysis is compiled wish list. The paper proposed three possible solutions pallet exchanger. Using value analysis is selected optimal solution, which is further elaborated in detail, on which is formed as a 3D model. The conclusion is given of the results obtained. The thesis includes drawings pallet exchanger assemblies, subassemblies, lifting equipment and production drawing of side cover.
