Abstract
Master thesis is dealing with a prospective admittance of new handling agent execute handling activities for GA at Leoš Janáček Airport. Thesis includes a several analyzes of handling standard and shows possible innovation in ground handling services. Dissertation suggests necessary technical-administration utilities of new ground handling provider. Thesis also describes a quality level of executed handling activities. Dissertation contains a draft of new GA terminal at Leoš Janáček Airport in Mošnov.
