dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá možným vstupem nového handlingového poskytovatele služeb v rámci všeobecného letectví na letiště Leoše Janáčka v Mošnově. Objevují se v ní analýzy současného stavu handlingových služeb. V diplomové práci jsou předloženy návrhy na zlepšení handlingových služeb. Diplomová práce navrhuje nutné technicko-administrativní zabezpečení nového poskytovatele handlingových služeb. Popisuje úroveň kvality poskytovaných handlingových služeb nového handlingového agenta. Zaobírá se návrhem nového odbavovacího terminálu pro všeobecné letectví na letišti Leoše Janáčka v Mošnově.cs

Thesis includes a several analyzes of handling standard and shows possible innovation in ground handling services. Dissertation suggests necessary technical-administration utilities of new ground handling provider. Thesis also describes a quality level of executed handling activities. Dissertation contains a draft of new GA terminal at Leoš Janáček Airport in Mošnov.en
