Vyhodnocení kvality řezu po dělení materiálu laserem

Abstract

Bachelor thesis includes an overview of evaluation of the cut quality after cutting material by laser. In the theoretical part are described the possibilities of evaluation of cut quality after laser division, reason their beginning, ways of measurement and evaluation. The experimental part is focused on the cutting of stainless corrosion resistant metal alloys of different thicknesses by the laser and the influence of technological parameters on cutting to the resulting cut quality. Based on imaging and optical observation will be determined appropriate technological parameters, when it is reached the highest cut quality without major burrs and defects.
