Vyhodnocení kvality řezu po dělení materiálu laserem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce obsahuje přehled poznatků o hodnocení kvality řezu po dělení materiálu laserem. V teoretické části jsou popsány možnosti hodnocení kvality řezu po dělení laserem, příčiny jejich vzniku, způsoby měření a vyhodnocení. Experimentální část je zaměřena na řezání ušlechtilých korozivzdorných slitin kovů o různých tloušťkách pomocí laseru a vliv technologických parametrů při řezání na výslednou kvalitu řezu. Na základě nafocení a optického pozorování budou určeny vhodné technologické parametry, při kterých je dosaženo co nejkvalitnějšího řezu bez větších otřepů a vad. Práce vznikla ve spolupráci s firmou Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s. r. o.

Bachelor thesis includes an overview of evaluation of the cut quality after cutting material by laser. In the theoretical part are described the possibilities of evaluation of cut quality after laser division, reason their beginning, ways of measurement and evaluation. The experimental part is focused on the cutting of stainless corrosion resistant metal alloys of different thicknesses by the laser and the influence of technological parameters on cutting to the resulting cut quality. Based on imaging and optical observation will be determined appropriate technological parameters, when it is reached the highest cut quality without major burrs and defects. The thesis was created in the cooperation with Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s. r. o.
