Racionalizace nákupu ve vývoji a sériové výrobě

Abstract

The barchelor thesis is dealing with a complete rationalization of the purchase dept.as well as all activities in a purchasing in a real company being a TEER 1 supplier in the automotive industry. The thesis is based on the real case and all improvements stated in the thesis concern not only the TtM activities (like RfQs, analysis and suppliers nomination), but also the OtD phase of a serial purchase. The structure of the dept. has been modified in order to suit the latest structure models. Except for the long-term key changes, the thesis contains also a study how to act in terms of purchasing during the economic turn down. The key figures, which would easily identify the company, are not stated in the thesis, since the company wishes to protect the know-how.
