Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a test device, which is intended for the determination of the lifetime of gears. In the introduction, the currently used test methods are compared. Based on the comparison of the different methods, two conceptual designs are proposed and then a more suitable design is selected. The selected test machine design is similar to existing test machines but is specifically adapted for the specified gear type. The design is detailed and described. The driven shaft and the seals housed in the drive shaft have been verified computationally. A drawing of the test fixture assembly, a drawing of the driven shaft and a drawing of the test fixture housing body are included in the appendix of the bachelor thesis.
