Návrh testovacího zařízení pro ověření životnosti ozubeného soukolí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem testovacího zařízení, které je určeno pro zjištění životnosti ozubeného soukolí. V úvodu jsou srovnány aktuálně používané testovací metody. Na základě srovnání jednotlivých metod jsou navrženy dva koncepční návrhy a posléze je vybrán vhodnější návrh řešení. Vybraný návrh testovacího stroje je obdobný dosavadním testovacím strojům, avšak je specificky upraven pro zadaný typ ozubeného soukolí. Návrh je detailně zpracován a popsán. Výpočetně byla ověřená hnaná hřídel a těsná pera uložena v hnací hřídeli. Výkres sestavy testovacího zařízení, výkres hnacího hřídele a výkres těla skříně testovacího přípravku jsou součástí přílohy bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a test device, which is intended for the determination of the lifetime of gears. In the introduction, the currently used test methods are compared. Based on the comparison of the different methods, two conceptual designs are proposed and then a more suitable design is selected. The selected test machine design is similar to existing test machines but is specifically adapted for the specified gear type. The design is detailed and described. The driven shaft and the seals housed in the drive shaft have been verified computationally. A drawing of the test fixture assembly, a drawing of the driven shaft and a drawing of the test fixture housing body are included in the appendix of the bachelor thesis.
