Konstrukční návrh dvouosého polohovadla pro automatizované pracoviště

Abstract

This master's thesis focuses on the design of a two-axis positioner for an automated workstation. The introduction provides an overview of the available technologies for designing positioners, comparing their advantages and limitations. Based on this comparison, a detailed construction design of the two-axis positioner is proposed, considering factors such as flexibility, load capacity, and ease of integration into existing production lines. The design is then verified through theoretical analysis and calculations, followed by necessary adjustments and optimizations. The refined design is utilized to propose a functional and efficient positioner solution for automated welding or assembly operations. The developed design is thoroughly documented in the appendix of the thesis.
